The 3D touch for Bupa NZ
MEDIA RELEASE: Property3D
17 April 2019.
Property3D’s relationship began with Bupa in early 2017 when we were approached to showcase apartments within their latest Retirement Villages in Auckland and Cambridge.
Bupa employs 86,000 people worldwide and as of now in 2019 have 48 Retirement Villages across New Zealand. In March 2019 Bupa requested for apartments across 8 villages to be shot to promote new villages.
P3D’s solution was to use our Matterport (RealSCAN) to capture these spaces. The benefit of using this infrared camera is that we can take more 360’s within a refined space so the end user can view the apartment in full, being able to take a closer and more detailed look at the kitchen, bathrooms etc.
These RealSCAN’s will be live on the Bupa website allowing families who are looking into joining the Bupa Community the ability to explore these apartments. We have also converted the apartments onto Google Street View to make the apartments more accessible on different platforms.
