RealSCAN for the win! The good folk at Signature Homes New Plymouth asked us to create a virtual tour of their beautiful new show home. This is such a good chance for potential customers to understand the layout of a home and its special construction features. With the cost of travel ramping up, it’s also very cool to share details in this manner – so put the jug on and enjoy the tour (while feeling smug you’ve saved on gas). Owned by 10,000 farmers and their families, Fonterra looks at innovative ways to integrate Māori culture within their Aotearoa, New Zealand Co-operative. As a dairy nutrition company with brands know by millions of people in more than 140 countries, we were delighted to see their story come to life through the creation of a Pou. A Pou is a traditional Māori way of telling a story through the art of wood carving. We took the storytelling a step further by creating a custom virtual tour of the Pou.

 

Housed at Fonterra’s head office in the Auckland CBD, this magnificent Pou stands 8m high and we hope the virtual tour provides an opportunity for all staff, stakeholders and everyday people to be a part of the story.

Auckland Live & Auckland Conventions kept us busy recently with virtual tours to entice their audiences. We love working with the team and seeing the engagement with their brands continue to grow. Because we all deserve to be merry – so very merry after another challenging year! We hope you have a well-earned break on the horizon.

2021 has kept our team busy. Virtual tours have grown in importance – no guessing why! Keeping brands memorable and business doors ‘open’ despite Delta has been a rewarding and full time job.

It’s an honour to work with the Auckland Museum. During the latest lockdown we developed a ‘search for the colours of Tāmaki Makaurau’ virtual tour. Visitors experienced the colourful stories of Auckland City and it proved to be a super fun activity for families stuck at home. 

Auckland Live approached us to update their accessibility virtual tours for each of their facilities. Designed for patrons who have mobility restrictions, our bespoke tours allow them to plan ahead before visiting to avoid any hidden surprises, identify the best car parking and so on. We really value the work we do in this area.

We also renewed a realSCAN virtual tour of the furniture showroom for UFL Group. This technology had us wanting to dive right into some of their beautiful couches!

Before we sign off, we take the opportunity to highlight our protocol around Covid-19 vaccinations. Our approach to this delicate subject hasn’t been taken lightly. We have a responsibility to our valued customers to minimise the risk of an outbreak on any project we collaborate on. Rest assured, anyone from P3D who works alongside your team and/or customers has been fully vaccinated, and we are happy to provide evidence. Likewise, we request that anyone who enters P3D’s premises is double vaccinated and prepared to share their passport.
