Stunning mountain and lakeside scenery is the opening story to Homestead Bay in Queenstown. On the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Homestead Bay is a new large-scale development that will include a village centre, marina, hotel, retail and residential area. We have been working with our client to create a new approach to our virtual 360 tour and still imagery, uniquely designed for developments. P3D worked with Latch to capture a website befitting of such an incredible new development. We have visited the site regularly throughout the seasons to capture the changing landscape and show the development progression.
